All pieces are custom-made, on-demand just for you. Unfortunately, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. By law, customized items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print, please send us an email at magray@marcschmidtphotography.com and we’ll do our best to help!

Once ready, your order is placed in art-secure packaging and passed to art shipping professionals straight from the laboratory so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please send us an email via magray@marcschmidtphotography.com, including:

  • an image of the damaged product and packaging 

  • a description of the issue

  • your order number

within 24 hours of delivery.
